Summer Banton is a singer/ songwriter and instrumentalist from South-East London. Drawing inspiration from the likes of Alicia Keys, Amy Winehouse, and Lauryn Hill, Summerʼs unique artistry effortlessly creates room for her to weave together classic R&B sounds with a modern twist. Her take on music allows her to embrace her own unique sonic style, a distinctive sound which also has imprints of the UKʼs contemporary music scene.

Her musical journey has been heavily influenced by her upbringing with her roots tracing back to legendary reggae artist Maxi Priest, and the strong rap presence of her cousin Dirtbike LB, one half of renowned UK duo, D-Block Europe. Summer continues to be a name on everyone’s lips, branded as an artist to watch and one that is tastefully imprinting her name as a UK R&B staple.
