Since relocating from her hometown Amsterdam to London in 2007, Ruby Savage has spent over a decade working behind the scenes in independent music. Starting the journey at the counter of London’s renowned Honest Jon's Record store where she deepened her musical knowledge and record collection with an extended love for soul, jazz, disco, dub and dance music.

In 2016 her stewardship as label manager and primary creative director at Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Recordings served as a stepping stone into DJing as she joined Worldwide FMs early roster of radio hosts followed by a monthly residence slot on NTS radio in 2017 which she currently holds down under the moniker Radiant Life.
